The High Density Cartidge Heater Igniter (also called a "hot rod") is an American Made 200 watt igniter that is compatiable with most Wood Pellet Grills.  The igniter is the component that starts your wood pellet grill.

PGO Pellet Grill Outlet's High Density Cartridge Heater has a hand applied, proprietary varnish to seal out microscopic moisture that will eventually cause failure.  As microscopic moisture follow the leads into the igniter, the igniter will begin to break down and fail.  This igniter will last longer and works great with our exclusive 180-LV Multi-Temp Digital Controller. Compatible with most  Wood Pellet Grills. 

*NOTE: You can still use your grill while you wait for your igniter to arrive.  Simply fill the fire pot with pellets, add an alcohol based fire gel like Fire Starter (available at most sporting good stores) and light manually.
