Question or comments:  I just wanted to write and thank Anna Marie for the assistance with my Traeger Professional grill.  I was having an issue and contactedt the manufacturer direct but they, after many attempts, couldn't help with my problem and no longer made the controller for my grill (which is less than 3 years old).  They wanted me to either cut the metal to make the part fit or use a 225 controller.  Neither one of those options were acceptable so I contacted Anna Marie.  She sent the part I needed, I hooked it up this morning, and I'm back in business.  Traeger couldn't troubleshoot the repair for 2 months.  I took Pellet Grill Outlet less than a week to get me grillin' again.  Thanks.

The Memphis grill is so unbelieivably "AWESOME"!!!  We are so pleased not only with the quality, but with how well everything was pack for shipment...We fired it up for the "burn off" last night right after we put it together...and wow, how fast it heated up to 450 degrees!!!...Oh Yes....we are grilling out tonight for sure!!! 
 
Thanks again so much for all of your professional assistance with this purchase.  If I would have "saw" the memphis grill online during the time when I was searching for one on your site, I would have no doubt be inclined to purchase the Memphis right off the bat.  Oh well, everything happens for a reason...and now I know exactly where to send others to buy their grill once they've had a "taste" from ours!!!  lol!

I purchased a Lil' Tex BBQ070 from Pellet Grill Outlet on August  23, 2009.  Upon arrival, I assembled the grill and proceeded to the initial firing up /break-in.  The grill started up, all parts working for approximately 2 minutes and then tripped my GFI circuit.  After reset of the GFI switch, the same results occurred again.  I then ran an extension cord from a non-GFI outlet in the house to the grill.  On this non-GFI circuit everything seemed to work normally.   I subsequently replaced my GFI switch mechanism for my deck with  a new one and again, the grill tripped the new GFI circuit after about 2 minutes.  I returned to the extension cord form the non-GFI protected outlet and all worked fine and continued to do so for the next three weeks until while trying to ignite the grill, the "hot rod" igniter failed to operate.  The fan and auger worked normally so I was able to manually ignite the pellets and continue with grilling.  I called PGO on October 6th indicating the failure of the igniter element and was told a replacement would be sent.  The replacement arrived three days later.  I replaced the hot rod element and again powered up the grill on the GFI protected outlet.  This time with the grill ignited and ran perfectly without any interference of the GFI circuit.  I have operated the grill 8-10 times since with the new element and all is working great on the GFI outlet. 

This is my first experience using a Traeger Grill and it has exceeded my expectations for BBQ cooking.  The results have been fantastic.  I also greatly appreciate the quick response of PGO to replace my hot rod element.   Thanks for your support.

I have a great customer service story about Traeger Grills for you to share with your potential customers and Traeger representatives: 
 
Last year, I purcahsed a 180 Degree Digital controller from
www.traegeroutlet.com.  This morning, I was getting ready to put on a brisket when the switch malfunctioned and the smoker would run continuously.  Needless to say, the smoker was not able to maintain the temperature necessary for my brisket.
 
Although, I thought Traeger would not offer warranty or replacement on this type of item after a year, I got on the website to see about a return.  I honestly thought that I would have to pay another $200 to purchase a new controller.  I spoke with Rich at the 800-606-9118 suport line and he was very friendly and happy to help.  He is going to replace my switch.  All I have to do is mail in the old item and they are sending another free of charge.  Rich explained that his product is a high-end item and that Traeger supports it as much as possible.  It has been a long time since I have received such positive customer support. 
 
The reputation and customer recommendations of Traeger are why I purchased a Traeger unit in the first place.  I experienced this quality and support first hand today and am very impressed.  The Traeger is a joy to cook with and their support team is first rate.
 
Thank you for reccomending the Traeger to me and to the Traeger support team for their efforts.  I will continue to promote Traeger and attempt to sell it to others.

I got my 070 traeger bundle last week...took me about 1 hour to
assemble.  Cooked two brisket the next day using traeger beef rub and
oak pellets for about 16 hours on smoke temp.  Only opened the traeger
three times and oh boy!  The best brisket that I've ever tasted...out
tasted most of our BBQ places here in my hometown...Thank you for the
best BBQing experiences.  Plus, my wife really thinks it's the
cook...NOT!haha  My best purchase so far!  Thank you once again!

It was in perfect condition and the workmanship is beautiful!

It does have just a hint of a smokey smell to it - I'm guessing it's from being in your shop since your web page says you are always grilling -- and it smells really wonderful!

But everything looks great. I see no shipping damage but haven't assembled it yet to verify operation. I'm sure it will be fine, though.
